New construction

This is my fourth home, and without a doubt the best contractor experience I've ever had. Aaron, Seth, and the entire team treated my home like it was their own from day one. They did outstanding work, stayed under budget, and consistently went above and beyond. As we were getting the house ready to sell, they took care of things we never even discussed, like sanding and blending a section of hardwood flooring and filling in the area where a pool had been removed. Those weren't just extra tasks. They were thoughtful touches that showed how much they cared about helping us make this house somebody else's dream home. That level of service is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. I am hoping to build my next home and if that happens, I know who is getting the call. 10 stars all the way. I needed a new home, Aaron had put in a MODOT approved driveway for me and I asked him if he knew anyone who could help me. Needless to say, I ended up hiring him to not only build me a new home, but he was able to remove the old mobile home that I had lived in for several decades. The house came together very nicely ... it is more than I ever dreamed of owning. I am more than happy with the new home and the over all experience.

Aaron & Seth are extremely professional! They never 'assumed' anything. Their lines of communication were always open, whether they called me or I called them. They always answered. We needed the popcorn ceiling in our house painted. They did a great job and the ceilings look bright and clean now! We also needed new windows put in. Removing the aluminum windows was not easy, but they did a great job replacing them. Aaron was easy to work with when it came to ordering the windows. Seth and Matt did a great job on the install. They left the yard and house clean each day after working. Do yourself a favor and be willing to pay a bit more to have quality work done. It’s worth the investment.
